  • Tea: Cost of ingredients and packaging averages around $8.1, with a gross profit margin of approximately 72.54%.

  • Flavored Tea: Cost of ingredients and packaging averages around $13.58, with a gross profit margin of approximately 69.45%.

  • Milk Tea: Cost of ingredients and packaging averages around $16.35, with a gross profit margin of approximately 67.31%.

  • Fruit Tea: Cost of ingredients and packaging averages around $21.17, with a gross profit margin of approximately 64.71%.

 

The profits of the above-mentioned products still maintain excellent competitiveness in the market. Calculated based on the average number of cups per day of about 500 to 800 cups and the average unit price of 46 yuan per cup, the net sales profit is approximately 18% of the turnover.

 

✦ Franchise Requirements ✦

Franchise Package: NTD 1.99 million  (for leased spaces within 10 square meters)

Includes the following:

  1. Contract duration: 2 years

  2. Franchise fee:  NTD 680,000

  3. Large-scale facilities and equipment

  4. Hardware and utensils

  5. Overall renovation (including basic electrical and plumbing work) and signage (including one 4-meter main sign and one 0.9-meter secondary sign). Does not include wall/ceiling/floor refurbishment in the working area.

  6. Education and training expenses

✦ Franchisee Preparation Checklist ✦
  1. Air conditioning, major electrical work, partition removal, and clearance are included. Additional costs apply for spaces larger than 10 square meters (NTD 10,000 per square meter) or for special specifications of the premises.

  2. For storefronts with awnings or rear areas, renovation, partitioning, and obtaining renovation permits are required.

  3. If the existing electrical power or water pressure of the premises is insufficient, additional costs for upgrading the electrical system, installing a water tank, and a pressure pump may apply.

  4. Application for business registration, internet and telephone service are required.

  5. Insurance coverage should include labor insurance, public liability insurance, and fire insurance.

  6. Monthly royalty fee is NTD 5,000.

  7. A refundable deposit of NTD 600,000 is required, and it can be invoiced.

  2. Hands-on training for staff members, including preparation for opening, beverage preparation at the main and assistant counters, counter operations, and closing procedures such as cashiering.

  4. Management training on store operations, including crowd control, scheduling, and raw material management.
  5. Trial operation to test the positioning of raw materials and arrangement of equipment.
  6. Grand opening publicity materials.
